How to Learn Physics

Catalog description
See EDU-195. An elective science course designed for students who might be interested in physics, but are a little mystified or intimidated by it. Students will use inquiry-based methods to study some basic concepts of physical science. The course also focuses on learning science as the refinement of everyday thinking. Occasional lectures will introduce a vocabulary to help students become more aware of everyday thinking and its subsequent refinement toward scientific understanding. Prerequisite: None. HUTCHISON
