An introduction to both the analysis and implementation of numerical algorithms. Topics include nonliner equations, numerical linear algebra, interpolation, numerical differentiation and integration, approximation, and optimization. Prerequisite: MAT-218 and previous completion of or current enrollment in MAT-220. STAFF.
