Ways to strengthen group dynamics, individual productivity, and interpersonal health in an organization based upon research in the field of psychology, are explored. Organizational influences on behavior are also emphasized. Specific topics may include increasing the effectiveness of individuals and groups within organizations; fostering creativity and individuality within organizations; understanding techniques for conflict resolution and cooperation; furthering motivation; and creating effective organizational structure and design.
