Catalog description

A survey for undergraduate students with sufficient statistical background for professional programs in which basic familiarity with statistics is needed. The topics covered include descriptive statistics, probability, sampling, estimation, hypothesis testing, regression and correlation, analysis of variance, and chi-square distribution. The course is fast-paced and intensive.
