Catalog description
Facilitates a process-oriented dialogue in which the sharing of information with peers engaged in field education, provides an opportunity for social work students to expand their knowledge of social work practice beyond the scope of their own practicum setting. Topics discussed include self-reflection skills for professionalism, practice within diverse settings, awareness and management of ethical dilemmas, and effective use of field instructor supervision.
