An optional fourth semester in the calculus sequence, advanced calculus provides a culminating calculus course wihcin introduces the theoretical underpinings of calculus, including axiomatic approaches to the real number system and theory of integration, as well as delving more deeply into advanced topics such as Taylor series, Stokes' and Green's theorems, etc.
