Corequisite support for students enrolled in Elementary Statistics (MATH-2100). This weekly mathematics laboratory will blend individualized, self-guided algebra review (supported by the instructor) with activity-based instruction to help students apply algebraic and statistical skills to solve "real world" problems. Problem-solving activities emphasize reading and writing of mathematics. Discussion to develop self-efficacy, study habits, and habits of mind are additional components of this course.
