Catalog description

Focuses on how to implement, monitor and evaluate a healthcare program. Provides a broad overview of the tools available to evaluate the effects of public programs. Utilizes concepts, methods, applications, and evaluation, including conceptualization, research design, measurement, sampling, data collection and analysis. Examines appropriate use and interpretation of commonly used statistics. Ethical issues will be considered throughout the semester.
