Principal Internship III

Catalog description

Students engage in the culminating semester of a cumulative, three-semester principal leadership internship experience that serves as the capstone for the Educational Administration program. In consultation with their Principal Mentor and University Supervisor, students complete the final one-third of the required Internship Activities from the Illinois School Code Part 30 rules for principal leadership internships, including the Focus Areas and Critical Competencies. In addition, students must attend the required seminars and engage in site visits during this course. Students submit a summative portfolio.
