School leaders are responsible for managing the school to provide an effective and equitable learning environment for all. This course builds leadership skills and competencies for managing school operations, allocating human capital and fiscal resources for equity, understanding public sector pension funding, and ensuring a safe learning environment for all stakeholders. Students analyze school funding in Illinois by examining the equity of funding distribution policies and their influence on students, schools, and communities.
