Development of School Counsel

Catalog description

This course provides students with the opportunity to apply prior coursework knowledge and current learning to design mock comprehensive school counseling programs. Special attention is given to creating school counseling program vision/mission statements, analyzing and disaggregating data, and developing/ implementing direct and indirect students' services with a focus on closing achievement/opportunity gaps, and assessing program results.
