Catalog description

Critically examines such issues as jurisdiction, organization, policies, and procedures of courts and the judicial system. Analysis of issues related to the administration of criminal justice from arrest to incarceration or release will also be conducted as well as examining the efficacy of the death penalty in a modern society.
