Introduces the basic materials, methods, and concepts inherent in the visual arts discipline of drawing through lecture, exam, and studio practice. Emphasis on black and white media that will include observational and improvisational techniques employing the elements of line, value, form, texture, composition and perspective. Requires 3 hours Lecture / 3 hours Studio Lab (6 contact hours per week). IAI Major Code: ART 904. This is GovState Fine Arts Course for General Education.
