Explores two-dimensional design fundamentals through lecture, exams, and studio pracitce. Visual concepts and techniques, basic theory of design principles, and creative use of design theory will be discussed and applied using a variety of media. Requires 3 hours Lecture / 3 hours Studio Lab (6 contact hours per week). IAI Major Code: ART 907. This is GovState Fine Arts course for General Education.
