Imparts knowledge drawn from theoretical and applied social sciences to examine cross-cultural transactions, diversity, multiculturalism, and the problem of difference in a regional, national, and international context. It provides students with an opportunity to develop reflective and reflexive thinking and writing skills that have theoretical and practical application.
