This course provides theoretical and practical knowledge for understanding motivation, leadership, managerial decision making, group processes and conflict resolution within the context of organizational design and culture. Students will examine the complexities of human interactions, including individual and group behavior and human relations skills needed to succeed in SOCI and work environments.
