Catalog description

This course is a culminating experience, providing students with an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge and acquired skills to an organizational or community issue. Students will also explore current career options, strengthen job search strategies, complete a detailed five-year career plan, and identify opportunities for furthering their education. Course assignments challenge students to demonstrate and strengthen critical thinking and analytical skills. The final outcome of this course is the completion of a major action/service-learning research project. Prerequisite: None. Offered: F, Sp, Su.
