Catalog description

This course presents an introduction to HLTH policy, i.e., the various ways in which the government plays a role in HLTH and in the provision of HLTH care. HLTH policies can have a profound effect on quality of life. Accessibility, cost, quality of HLTH care; safety of food, water, and environment; the right to make decisions about our HLTH; these issues are vitally tied to HLTH policies.
