Catalog description

This course introduces concepts that are fundamental to all HLTHcare occupations. Topics will include the structure of the HLTHcare system and current trends in HLTHcare. A variety of HLTHcare careers, including qualifications, educational requirements and personal characteristics will also be discussed. Finally, communication with patients and other professionals, lifestyle choices and ethical-legal issues will also be emphasized. Prerequisite: None. Offered: F, Sp. Su.
