Catalog description

This course examines the important concepts and techniques of operations management in various organizations, such as banks, factories, retail stores, hospitals, offices, etc. This course covers typical aspects of managing operations such as forecasting, scheduling, inventory control, and quality control. Management tools such as decision theory and CPM/PERT are explored in detail. Prerequisite(s): STA 326, MGT 202
