College Algebra

Catalog description

College Algebra is a course that is designed to enhance the student’s essential algebra skills. Topics include linear equations and applications, inequalities, graphing, exponents, polynomials, factoring, and rational expressions. Applications in the real world are emphasized. The elective course option is available for students who have been evaluated and determined to have requisite math skills to enter directly into MAT 136 - Precalculus.
