Catalog description

The course provides a rigorous conceptual, analytical, and applied framework to evaluate multi-currency investment projects, calculate cost of capital raised in multiple currencies, and assess project risk and its effects on corporate profitability. The course extends the traditional capital budgeting model to evaluate global investment projects and analyze their sensitivity to exchange rate fluctuations and changes in global risk. Prerequisite(s): FIN 623
