Company Grade Leadership II

Catalog description

This course is a continuation of the leadership of the Army Officer. Cadets will develop knowledge, skills, and what’s required of junior officers pertaining to the Army in Unified Land Operations and Company Grade Officer roles and responsibilities. Successful completion of this course will assist in preparing Cadets for their BOLC B course and is a mandatory requirement for commissioning. This course includes a lab per week, using peer (MS III) facilitation overseen by MS IVs, supervised by ROTC Cadre. Music
