This course explores the role of training and professional development in supporting organizational goals and compliance with employment regulations. Topics include needs assessments, designing and delivering effective learning programs, evaluating outcomes using human resource data and technology, and ethical facilitation practices that reflect professional standards in human resource development. Applied, project-based learning is a key component of the course.
