Human Resource Analytics and Metrics

Catalog description

This course provides an in-depth examination of human resource analytics, workforce metrics, and data-driven decision-making within contemporary organizations. Topics include workforce measurement, key performance indicators, employee engagement analytics, recruitment and retention metrics, turnover analysis, compensation analytics, predictive workforce modeling, and data visualization. Students will analyze workforce data, interpret human resource metrics, and apply analytical tools to organizational decision-making that supports operational effectiveness, employee performance, and strategic workforce management. Prerequisite: HRM 330 or BSM 330 with a “C” or better.
