This course examines ethical decision-making and professional conduct within the field of human resource management. Students analyze real-world human resource scenarios involving fairness, compliance, confidentiality, and equity. Topics include ethical frameworks, legal versus moral responsibility, ethical leadership, privacy and data use, workplace diversity, and social responsibility. Through applied case studies, students learn to integrate ethical judgment into human resource policies, technology use, and organizational culture.
