Professional Leadership Development

Catalog description

This course focuses on translating leadership theory into professional practice. Students apply leadership competencies to workplace contexts, emphasizing communication, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and ethical leadership. Topics include leadership branding, conflict resolution, strategic communication, diversity, and personal leadership style. By the end of the course, students will demonstrate the ability to lead with integrity, authenticity, and professionalism in varied organizational settings. Prerequisite: BUS 220 with a “C” or better.
