Capstone: Organizational Leadership

Catalog description

This course serves as the capstone for the Organizational Leadership program, requiring students to integrate and apply concepts from core coursework to real-world organizational leadership challenges. Topics include ethical and data-driven decision-making, leadership and management practices, and the development of an evidence-based strategic or operational implementation plan culminating in a professional report, formal presentation, and leadership reflection. Prerequisites: BSM 355, BSM 410, and BSM 470.
