Introduction to Health Science is a foundational course for all Health Science pathways and is a prerequisite for all Bachelor of Health Science (BSHS) concentration courses. This course explores the multidimensional aspects of wellness, behavior modification, and personal empowerment. Students will learn to integrate physical, mental, and social health concepts to improve quality of life and pursue professional pathways in the field of health sciences.
