Topics include supplier evaluation and selection, make-or-buy decisions, contract negotiation, cost and price analysis, risk management, and sustainability. Students will explore the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and the role of procurement technologies in improving decision-making and supplier performance. The course prepares students for careers in purchasing, strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier development.
