Catalog description

We examine how science and religion have historically interacted in the West, and then undertake an in-depth investigation of four different sociological models of religion and science today, namely conflict, independence, dialogue, and integration. These models are applied to various topics germane to both religion and science, such as cosmology; evolution and creation; genetics, neuroscience, and the human person; spirituality; transhumanism; social ethics; ecology; and quantum physics.
