Cross-listed with: ENVS 3020 This course examines the principal federal environmental statutes and related legal authorities. Additional emphasis is given to variation in state law. The course also examines the environmental rule making process by administrative agencies. Finally, attention is given to administrative and judicial enforcement and adjudication.
