Integrated Pathophysiology and Pharmacology II

Catalog description

Co-requisite: NURS 3022 This is the second course in a two-part series. Building on previous science, mathematics, and nursing courses, this course provides opportunities for students to explore advanced concepts related to altered function and adaptive responses in individuals because of illness, injury, and/or disease across the lifespan. In depth exploration of the pathophysiology of select diseases/illnesses and pharmacotherapies used in the treatment of these diagnoses forms the foundation for this course.
