Catalog description
Topics cover software testing at the unit, module, subsystem and system levels; automatic and manual techniques for generating and validating test data; the testing process; static vs. dynamic analysis; functional testing; inspections; and reliability assessment. Upon completion of this course students will be able to: (1) learn about theory of software testing; (2) gain skills in various testing environments; (3) develop test cases; (4) practice QA and software testing via projects.
