The course examines the methods and techniques to analyze, design, implement, automate, and integrate enterprise processes using information technology and systems. Course Outcome Goals: 1. Understand how to describe and analyze processes in an organization 2. Understand enterprise process modeling concepts and techniques 3. Be able to model enterprise processes in an organization 4. Be able to identify weaknesses in a given enterprise process design and suggest improvements 5. Understand the basic steps and different approaches to process redesign 6. Be able to redesign a given process with improvement patterns and best practices 7. Be able to develop an implementation and integration strategy for IT-enabled enterprise processes.
