Conflict Resolution

Catalog description

Students will explore theories for analyzing conflict in diverse settings while building the necessary skills to engage in conflict intervention. A social justice framework will be utilized to help students deconstruct conflict and to understand how to help disputing parties find agreement. A significant portion of the class will take place in an experiential environment as students participate in conflict simulations and other activity based assignments.
