Patient Navigation Practicum III

Catalog description

Students will participate in field experiences within acute and community settings that assist vulnerable patients. Alternative settings that specifically assist vulnerable populations such as, non-profit clinics, DFACS, transition/ rehabilitation centers (physical and mental),and aging centers will be used for the field experiences. In class sessions will offer application sessions related to field experiences.
