Catalog description

This course explores the social production of knowledge and theory about gendered subjects and gender systems. Students will engage key issues in feminist theory, such as how do feminist scholars identify and frame research questions. Students will read, interpret, and write about theoretical and critical approaches most relevant to and useful for her/his/their own concerns, building a personal foundation for future scholarly and professional work.
