Georgia Gwinnett College · UGRD · Fall 2026
1 section
Catalog description
Whenever possible, students should take the 3000/4000-level GFA course option. The 3000-level counterpart has additional academic rigor, including creative projects and the study of history and theory of the craft. Students cannot take both the 2000- and 3000/4000-level option of equivalent courses. Either the 2000- or 3000-level course would satisfy the prerequisite for its related 4000-level course. If pursuing the Nexus, the 3000/4000-level upper-division course is required. Pursuing the 2000-level course will not result in a Nexus degree, but may be used towards GFA certification.
