As such, this course focuses on domestic and international environmental policy with special attention given to the role ideas, interests, and institutions play in the policy-making process. This course will also attend to the ways in which different elements related to policy become entangled (e.g., technical, sociopolitical, economic, or cultural interests) and shape decision-making and environmental policy outcomes
