Catalog description

Students will learn form and functions of anatomical structures and integrate this knowledge to examine the evolutionary relationship among representative vertebrates and non-vertebrate chordates. In lab, students will dissect representative vertebrates from fishes to mammals and study anatomical adaptations among these representative models and recognize the relationships between form and function. The course covers a discrete list of important anatomical terminologies.
