Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: (1) explain the classification, organization and diversity of the Animal Kingdom; (2) explain environmental issues and impact on animal species; (3) effectively use technology to research and present biological topics; (4) communicate effectively regarding biological subjects in oral and written form using appropriate scientific terminology; (5) use the scientific process of hypothesis testing through laboratory experiments.
