The goal of the course is that, by completion, students will know the answers to the following questions. What is the purpose of research? What does a research paper look like? Where do research ideas come from? How does one conduct research? How does one turn completed research into a manuscript? How does one present their research to others? How does one publish their research? While learning the answers to these questions, students will conduct their own research and write an original research article.
