Topics may include, but are not limited to, agency, contracts, the Uniform Commercial Code, debtor/creditor relationships, securities regulation, entity selection, trusts and estates, and other areas of law typically covered on the CPA exam. Professional responsibilities of accounting professionals will also be addressed.
