This seminar explores the works of playwrights and theater makers, both past and present, whose work, based chiefly in America, represents a marginalized culture, heritage, identity, or status. The works covered in this course will support either a deep study of a single playwright or a broader survey of marginalized theater writers organized under a given theme. Offered by Theatre . May be repeated within the degree for a maximum 6 credits.
