Large-scale enterprise systems have ill-defined boundaries, complex behaviors, and evolve in unplanned ways. Enterprise systems need to be resilient and agile. This course introduces several tools and frameworks that can be used to understand resilience and agility, design resilience and agility into enterprises, and measure the degree of enterprise resilience and agility.
