Catalog description

Foundations of system design and integration methods are studied, including both structured analysis and object oriented approaches. System Modeling Language (SysML) is introduced as a design description language for representing and implementing complete life cycle design of systems with multiple architectural viewpoints. Software tools are introduced to support system design, including architecture development, interface specification, and integration efforts. Offered by Systems Engr & Operations Rsch . May not be repeated for credit. Equivalent to ECE 550 .
