This course is designed for the student to gain an understanding of the past and present role of baseball in American culture. The course focuses on the development of professional baseball over the past 160 years and the ways in which the history of America as a nation and culture can be "read" through baseball.Offered by School of Sport/Rec/Tour Mgmt.
