Catalog description

This course is for students with prior experience studying Spanish. Further development of oral, interpretive, and written language skills through exposure to Spanish-language texts and multimedia, vocabulary and grammar-building activities, communicative tasks, and cultural projects. Cultural topics relevant to living and working in local and global Spanish-speaking communities combined with critical approaches to the study of Spanish and Spanish-language culture give students the methodological foundation for advanced courses in Spanish. Notes: SPAN 212 fulfills foreign language requirement. Offered by Modern & Classical Languages . Limited to three attempts.
