Develops skills for facilitating different group types through participation in group simulations that enable students to experience the roles of group facilitator, member, and observer. A variety of anti-oppressive group intervention strategies will be explored to ensure equity and inclusion. Students will enhance their cognitive and affective processes related to group work.
